Casino Review Update Summary June 2015

The first review update for 2015 has just been completed and below I’m including a list of significant changes and issues with the casinos listed at ThePOGG.com.

The below Index is ordered alphabetically by group, though each group has a secondary alphabetical list of the casinos represented by the group.

AffActive been Rogued at AffiliateGuardDog and Blacklisted on ThePOGG this year as their properties continue to be represented on hacked WordPress sites. This issue has been extensively discussed on both GPWA and AffiliateGuardDog.

Affilistars

Appears to have failed in Responsible Gaming duties when dealing with a player complaint at AskGamblers.

BestPay Partners

A connection between the BestPay Partner casinos and the now defunct Rome casino was posted on CasinoMeister.

Play2Win casino appear to have added a term and retroactively applied it to a player’s winnings to justify non-payment.

2 complaints against this group did not receive a response at AskGamblers.

BestPay Partners have been Blacklisted on ThePOGG this year as their properties continue to be represented on hacked WordPress sites. This issue has been extensively discussed on both GPWA and AffiliateGuardDog.

Bet365

Bet365 have failed to respond to several complaints posted at AskGamblers. This is remarkable in that Bet365 rarely receive player complaints.

BetVictor

BetVictor have retroactively applied terms to CasinoMeister’s affiliate account, closing the account and seizing traffic. This has resulted in them being moved to ‘Not Recommended’ status.

Bonne Chance

These are the casino providers that are actually owned/operated by Rival. It’s often difficult to be sure who’s running individual Rival casinos. Sunset Slots casino has switched off of Rival software to TopGame software. This suggests that our previous assumption that Bonne Chance were running this casino was inaccurate. Nevertheless, TopGame software have a large number of player issues and this change does not impact Sunset Slots ‘Not Recommended’ status.

Casino Affiliates Now

There have been a number of complaints against the casinos in this group that have not received a response.

Casino Sieger/Rembrandt

Casino Sieger appears to have changed their terms and conditions and retroactively applied them to a player to justify non-payment of over €60k. The screenshots presented at AskGamblers are contradictory to the casino’s claim that the term was in place at the time play started.

This issue has resulted in these casinos being moved to ‘Not Recommended’ status.

Cyberneedle

The Cyberneedle group has a large number of complaints at AskGamblers that never received any response.

Firebrand/Revenue Giants

These two groups have been listed together as there’s evidence suggesting share management (see http://thepogg.com/forum/showthread.php?1647-Atlantis-Gold-Firebrand-Revenue-Giants&p=3334&viewfull=1#post3334 and http://thepogg.com/forum/showthread.php?1259-WinWard-Revenue-Giants-Firebrand&p=3331&viewfull=1#post3331).

The Firebrand casinos have been received a large number of complaints at Ask Gamblers that have not received any response.

Fortune Lounge

Consistent with their procedures for several years, the Fortune Lounge group of casinos has repeatedly failed to respond to player complaints at AskGamblers. We’ve had some limited success managing complaints against this group, but this has been far from what would be desired.

It should also be noted that this group have been moved to ‘Blacklist’ status this year as their properties continue to be represented on hacked WordPress sites. This issue has been extensively discussed on both GPWA and AffiliateGuardDog.

Golden Galaxy

Golden Galaxy casino have failed to respond to 2 complaints at AskGamblers and have been moved to the CasinoMeister ‘Reservation’.

Hippodrome

Hippodrome casino have resolved the issues that resulted in the CasinoMeister warning issued around Halloween of last year but have been moved to Blacklist status at AskGamblers, apparently due to a conflict that appears to have resulted in a failure to pay due affiliate fees.

Hippozino

Hippozino have been listed for approximately a year with no concerning issues at any of the sites we check. As such their Trustworthiness stat has increased to 8 and they are now listed as a ‘Recommended’ casino.

Imperium Network Solutions

Several of the casinos in the Imperium Network Solutions group have been listed for approximately a year with no concerning issues at any of the sites we check. As such their Trustworthiness stat has increased to 8 and they are now listed as a ‘Recommended’ casino. These casinos are as follows;

  • 21Prive
  • Amsterdams
  • G’Day
  • PlayGrand

Mansion

The Mansion group have been Blacklisted on ThePOGG this year as their properties continue to be represented on hacked WordPress sites. This issue has been extensively discussed on both GPWA and AffiliateGuardDog.

MoneyGaming

MoneyGaming have been moved to the CasinoMeister ‘Reservation’. My understanding is that this is due to a failure to discuss complaints.

MYEG

At least one of the casinos operating on the MYEG network (Fenix) has experienced substantial difficulties making player payments within reasonable of defined time frames.

Vegas Berry have also enforced a term requiring submission of ID within a short time frame that did not provide enough time for a player to renew an expired document. The above listed issues have resulted in these casinos being moved to ‘Not Recommended’ status.

Paddy Power

Paddy Power casino have failed to respond to several complaints at AskGamblers.

They also engaged in a controversial marketing strategy where they sent out a disrespectful Tweet about the recent police killings in the US.

Parasino

Parasino have failed to respond to 2 complaints at AskGamblers.

Playbay

CasinoMeister issued a warning against SLBet due to enforcement of unclear terms and conditions to justify seizure of winnings and they refused to engage with discussion of the issue.

Revenue Jet

As is standard for this group there have been a very large number of complaints about these casinos at this site and other portals that never received any response.

The Revenue Jet group have been Blacklisted on ThePOGG this year as their properties continue to be represented on hacked WordPress sites. This issue has been extensively discussed on both GPWA and AffiliateGuardDog.

Royal Panda

Royal Panda have been listed for approximately a year with no concerning issues at any of the sites we check. As such their Trustworthiness stat has increased to 8 and they are now listed as a ‘Recommended’ casino.

Royale Jackpot

Royale Jackpot have been moved to Rogue status at Affiliate Guard Dog due to non-payment of affiliates.

SkillOnNet

SkillOnNet casino have been involved in a couple of non-responded to complaints at AskGamblers.

PlayMillion casino also appear to have sent out sensitive player information to an unauthorised 3rd party. This does appear to have been a mistake but represents a significant security breach. This was documented at CasinoMeister.

Smart Live casino have failed to respond to 2 complaints at AskGamblers.

StarGames have failed to respond to 2 complaints at AskGamblers.

William Hill

William Hill had 5 complaints at AskGamblers that received no response. This group are not usually willing to discuss complaints, but this is a larger volume of complaints than has been seen historically.

WinBig21 have failed to respond to several complaints at AskGamblers.

Winner

The extended Winner group have been unresponsive to a significant number of complaints at AskGamblers.

They’ve also been Rogued at AffiliateGuardDog and Blacklisted on ThePOGG this year as their properties continue to be represented on hacked WordPress sites. This issue has been extensively discussed on both GPWA and AffiliateGuardDog.
