888 have proven to be unwilling to engage with 3rd party dispute mediation on several occasions over the years. Problems with this group do appear to be few and far between, but the fact that they are prepared to confiscate funds without defining exactly what the player did to breach their terms is highly concerning.

With this assurance and the assumption that any future fund confiscations will be justified clearly by their terms and conditions, assuming that no further issues arise with the 888 properties, their Trustworthiness score will increase by 1 point every 6 months to a maximum of 9.
