Four of the six reviewers who work for this site on a regular bases hold accounts with BetClic casino – who are owned and operated by the same parent group as Bet-At Home - and report only one small issue with documentation verification which will be detailed in the Payment Methods section.

Other than that, the BetClic/Everest group have a fairly poor reputation online, with complaints at all the major 3rd party mediation sites, all unresolved due to BetClic’s unwillingness to engage. More recently the BetClic/Everest group have re-engaged in communication with Casinomeister, however at the current time they are still failing to deal with complaints via anyone else. Until all prior complaints have been resolved or this group show substantial evidence that they are willing follow through in dealing with future complaints, we still consider them to be risky to play with.

All round this group has engineered an image that leaves us feeling that they are not to be trusted.

Payout Speed and Banking 10/10

Using Neteller our reviewers report withdrawals usually paid within 24. However one of our reviewers experience difficulty getting their documentation verified with the casino asking again and again for the documents to be resent. Eventually the BetClic identified the problem – that the documents were too small – and asked the reviewer to increase the size of the attachments. This is highly unusual and the first instances of attachments being rejected for being too small that we’ve ever heard of.
