All six of the reviewers that work for this site on a regular bases have held accounts with Betfred Casino for several years and report no problems. Betfred have a good reputation within the industry. One player complaint that we’ve located references Betfred’s accusation of bot use that resulted in confiscation of player funds (http://www.gamblinggrumbles.com/Reports/Betfred-Casino_Is-suspicion-enough-to-cancel-winnings). However when we contact Betfred regarding this issue, their casino manager produced very strong evidence of use of a bot, in clear contradiction of Betfred terms and conditions. The player was presented with this evidence and offer the chance to take this dispute to Betfred's regulator and declined to do so. The willingness of Betfred's management to communicate with us and the strength of the evidence presented leads us to dismiss this complaint completely.
