Three of our reviewers hold accounts with Casino Luck – although these accounts have all been opened relatively recently – and report no problems. Casino Luck have some worrying terms related to bonus abuse, where they state;

“For any bonus offered on a deposit players depositing with the methods Neteller or Moneybookers may face an additional wagering requirement of 100 times the bonus and deposit in addition to the standard wagering requirements before they will be allowed to make any withdrawal of bonus or winnings on their account.”

The word ‘may’ suggests that not all players who deposit using these deposit method will experience this additional wagering requirement, but leave this decision entirely up to the casino and make it impossible to tell prior to playing whether you will be affected.

A Casino Luck representative assures us that this rule will only be applied when dealing with fraudulent accounts, however this term is buried in the general terms and conditions and when we pointed out that as this term relates solely to play with bonuses that it needs to be included in their bonus terms and condition, Casino Luck did not agree.

We explained that by refusing to include this rule in the bonus terms and conditions this policy creates the impression that they are hiding this term from player who may be affected and asked if they could provide another justification for not copying this rule into the bonus terms and conditions. Casino Luck’s response was that;

“It is not missing from the bonus t&c to catch people out and if players are genuine (meaning not using multiple stolen/borrowed/fake identities which is fraud and can be extremely time consuming to prove) they wont be affected.”

However they did not provide any reason for not including this rule in the bonus terms and conditions.

It should be noted that there are no complaints about Casino Luck at any of the major dispute mediation sites which is certainly promising, but until such time as they ensure their terms and conditions are logically laid out or they provide a reasonable explanation for not including the above term in their bonus terms and conditions we don’t feel we can provide them with the Trustworthiness rating they would otherwise receive.

Payout Speed and Banking 8/10

Using Neteller all of our reviewers report withdrawal normally paid within 24 hours. Casino Luck do enforce a restriction on withdrawing funds within 24 hours of a deposit. The term is quoted below –

“You can also withdraw as many times as you wish but, under anti money laundering and fraud prevention laws that CasinoLuck must follow, we cannot allow withdrawals from your CasinoLuck account within 24 hours after a deposit is made.”

While we are not qualified to give legal advice, we will say that this is far from a standard rule – many other far better known and very reputable casino that operate within the European market do not make any such legal claim – which suggests that this is simply a justification for a 24 hour pending period on withdrawals – something that is fairly common.
