Trustworthiness - 0/10
The Gambling Federation group are a large group of casinos all run by the software developer.
In 2005 Gambling Federation were involved in the distribution of malware to their players' computers and a substantial security breach that saw players' personal information illegally distributed to a security breach.
One of our reviewers has played with a now defunct member of the Gambling Federation group and reports substantial issues.
After signing up and completing the wagering requirement for Online Casino Fever’s sign-up bonus, our reviewer contacted customer service via the email address above to confirm that the wagering requirement was indeed complete. After several weeks the casino responded saying that there was still £10k of wagering to complete. Knowing this was incorrect but looking to avoid hassle our reviewer decided to complete the additional wagering – twice over in fact – and then attempted to make a withdrawal only to find that their balance was still locked. They once again contacted Online Casino Fever’s email support to be met yet again with multiple weeks of delays before any response was issued. Once again the casino support team insisted that wager was not complete, at which point our reviewer pointed out the amount of wagering that they had engaged in since the last email communication was enough to have completed the full wagering requirement for the bonus. This was met several weeks later with word for word the same email response as had been initially sent. Two follow up emails after this received no response.
