At the current time Castle casino have a good reputation within the industry. There is one complaint registered at Ask Gamblers regarding confiscation of funds due to bonus abuse (http://www.askgamblers.com/casino-complaints/castle-casino-takes-back-winnings-c947). The casino followed up suggesting a lot of players were showing very similar betting patterns and they they have the right to ban betting systems. This is certainly suggestive of multi-accounting - which is a blatant breach of rules - however the casino has chosen to ignore this issue and deny winnings based on what boils down to a 'spirit of the bonus' rule which would be legally unenforceable in any regulated industry and is concerning as a policy.
