All six of the reviewers who work for this site on a regular bases have held accounts with the Betsson group for many years and all the feedback they’ve given is positive.

However we are aware of several instances where one of the casinos in the Betsson group have refused to cooperate in any way with 3rd party mediation (http://www.gamblinggrumbles.com/Reports/CasinoEuro_They-loved-him-when-he-was-losing, http://www.gamblinggrumbles.com/Reports/Bettson-Casino_Was-it-racism, http://www.gamblinggrumbles.com/Reports/Betsson-Casino_Sic-transit-gloria-mundi, http://www.askgamblers.com/casino-complaints/no-payment-at-betsson-casino-c1186 and http://www.askgamblers.com/casino-complaints/cherry-casino-withdrawal-c1024). The Betsson group have assured CasinoMeister that they are now willing to engage with 3rd party dispute mediation, but as this is the only portal they seem willing to work with, this isn't hugely reassuring.

Betsson and all casinos within the Affiliate Lounge group are marked as predatory at Affiliate Guard Dog for their use of aggressively unfriendly terms and changing contracts retroactively.

Using Neteller all of our reviewers report withdrawal normally paid within 48 business hours. The Cherry Casino site list withdrawals as taking up to 72 business hours.
