Their claim that VP is a ‘fixed odds’ game is wrong. A fixed odds game offer the player the same odds of winning regardless of what actions the player takes. As VP allows the play to make strategy decisions that drastically affects the odds of the player winning, it cannot be considered a fixed odds game. The second complaint - http://www.askgamblers.com/casino-complaints/club-gold-casino-voids-2350-winnings-c365 - involves a player who has played a restricted game, but has been somewhat mislead by Club Gold Casino’s initial invite to join their VIP program stating “Becoming a member of our VIP CLUB offers you numerous advantages including but not limited to, monthly cash back programmes, tailor made 100% match deposit bonuses based on your favoured games, priority treatment on any questions or queries you may have and the vigilant processing of your withdrawal requests.”. This email certainly suggests that your favoured game should be allowed when playing towards bonuses, however this issue highlights why it’s always important to check the terms and conditions.

Our reviewer’s experience was that initially Club Gold Casino were very quick to respond to emails, but when contacting their email support regarding the slow payment of the above mentioned withdrawal, two emails went unanswered over a 4 day period and eventually the situation had to be dealt with directly over live support. Our own testing of their email support facilities show them to be consistently responsive within 24 hours.
