City Club casino have several complaints posted at Ask Gamblers, most of which were resolved successfully. There are a couple of notable exceptions - http://www.askgamblers.com/casino-complaints/city-club-casino-reduced-my-winnings-c731 - in this complaint the casino have enforced a max cashout rule that applied to the initial bonus. However as the wagering had been completed, a withdrawal made and then reversed, the $6k the player initially withdrew should probably be considered a fresh deposit and as such should not have carried any max cash out. As the max cash out for the bonus was $6k and that was the amount that the player initially withdrew, upon the reverse withdrawal the player was essentially placed in a no win situation where they would be allowed to lose the money back, but not win any more than the reversed withdrawal.
