Only one of the reviewers who works for this site regularly holds an account with OnBling casino. Overall they report positive experiences, however upon withdrawing their funds they uncovered some withdrawal rules that appear to allow the Revenue Jet group to set the maximum withdrawal on a case by case bases. Revenue Jet management assure us that - despite the ambiguous rule, the maximum withdrawal in any 10 business day period is $3000 for VIP customers and $1000 for all other customers. If you encounter any other max withdrawal being enforced, please let us know.

Towards the end of 2012 all Revenue Jet went temporarily went offline denying access to all players and delaying all payments. They failed to notify their players of their technical issues and instead left provided only the most generic and basic of explanations of what was going on to players who raised concerns directly with their live support.

This resulted in a dramatically increased volume of player complaints, specifically at Ask Gamblers. These complaints by and large went unanswered. Instead of discussing openly whatever payment issue their casino Revenue Jet properties were experiencing, all player complaints were met with a complete communication blackout.

Alongside this lack of customer support during these payment delays, there are at least two unanswered complaints relating to cheques paid to players bouncing when the players tried to cash them. When support was contacted regarding these issues they reportedly accepted no responsibility for these bad cheques despite bank charges being levied as a result of these declined payments.

On recent review, the volume of complaints being submitted against the Revenue Jet properties does appear to have dropped off, however they are still failing to engage with mediators on any level when disputes do arise. Between a questionable history and a lack of transparency, there aren't many positive to this group.

Using Neteller the Grand Parker casino state that they use the same policy as OnBling Casino and their website states that withdrawals can take up to 10 business days. However, when our reviewer submitted a withdrawal of $3000 to OnBling Casino - the maximum withdrawal allowed in any 10 business day period - the casino enforced this term;

" Withdrawal requests are reviewed by OnBling’s finance department. The finance department utilizes a set of standards (including player status, activity, and other considerations) to evaluate, approve and determine the amount of cashout installments in order to ensure the highest levels of safety and security for both players and the casino."

to limit the maximum withdrawal to $1000/10 business days. The above rule appears to allow the casino to enforce any withdrawal limit that they like like (imagine having to withdraw a five figure sum $100 at a time), however management has assured us that the max withdrawal for VIP players is $3000 and for non-VIP players is $1000 which coincides with our reviewers experience

Grand Parker Casino also enforce a minimum withdrawal of $100, which is high.
