As far as we are aware Grand Reef casino has no unresolved complaints with any of the major dispute mediation portals.

Under the previous owners, in the mid 2000s there was a rash of issues involving Indio and African Palace slow paying customers, seizure of funds using vague ‘spirit of the bonus’ terms and various other unethical practices to stall payment and bully players into keeping quiet. Alongside this a very concerning documentary regarding the legal status of African Palace’s operations in South Africa was aired on South African television in 2010. These issue seem to have been resolved since Commission 356 took over this group and African Palace and subsequently withdrawn from the South African market.

Given that it's now 2013, it would appear that these issues are a thing of the past. We have received assurances that Commission 365 are willing to engage with any player complaints that arise and as long as all issues are handled appropriately for all venues within this group we will increase Grand Reef casinos Trustworthiness rating by 1 point every 6 months.
