Only one of our reviewers has played with Money Gaming Casino and there account has been open less than 6 months. They report good experiences with Money Gaming.

Whilst playing at MoneyGaming, our reviewer came across some bugs within their Pro Blackjack game. The reviewer took screen shots of these bugs and forwarded them on to me and I contacted MoneyGaming’s casino team. The response I received was that they were already aware of the bugs and were in the process of fixing them. That statement contains both good and bad. Firstly – that they are working to fix a bug is always going to be a positive. However, if they knew one of their games was not functioning correctly surely it should not have been available for players to access? After some discussion with the MoneyGaming casino team, we have received assurances that all bugs have now been fixed and that in future, if bugs are discovered in any of their games the affected games will be taken down while the bug is fixed.

It’s also worth acknowledging that one of the ‘bugs’ our reviewer found Money Gaming informed us was in fact intended as a feature. In some situations when you and the dealer both have blackjack, you will still receive full payment for the blackjack. It not exactly clear what situations generate this payment for tied blackjacks, however we have received assurance that the game rules will be updated to clarify this situation in the very near future. Even if they are not though, this is a beneficial rule for the player and one that not many casinos would offer.
