We do NOT recommend playing with Silver Oak casino.
Silver Oak casino are one of a large number of RealTime Gaming venues that made up the old Virtual and Crystal Palace groups. These casinos have been widely blacklisted across the web due to the substantive number of player payment issues they generate.
Due to their Not Recommended status we did not feel comfortable sending a review to any of the venues that previously made up the Virtual group.
The history of the various casino properties involved with the Virtual group is a long and negative one that focuses on a failure to pay players and where they did, payment taking excessive time. The latter of these issues certainly persists today.
More recently the Virtual group have been bought over by a couple of different groups that claim to be entirely separate to the Virtual group - namely the Ace Revenue group and the Gambling Wages group.
However problems similar to those of the past persist with both of these groups leading many players and industry observers to believe that the groups don't in fact have new management, but rather have changed name to outrun their poor reputation.
Currently both groups are on the Not Recommended list at CasinoMeister, Cirrus casino were awarded the 'Worst Casino of 2007' by CasinoMeister, Ace Revenue are listed as 'Predatory' by Affiliate Guard Dog and Gambling Wages while not listed as Predatory are not a program Affiliate Guard Dog are prepared to work with.
The instance of payments taking far longer than they should has continued to be exceptionally high, even for US facing venues. The one positive that we can see is that the vast majority of complaints at Ask Gamblers do now seem to get resolved, the substantial proportion of which relate to slow payment of funds and are resolved through very late payment.
Our December 2013 update found that the Ace Revenue/GWages groups are now trying to atone for the issues of the past. Before we would consider changing our stance on these casinos, the complaint volume would have to drop considerably and no further negative behaviour would have to take place in the next three years.

The unfortunate reputation that Silver Oak and Ace Revenue have earned themselves through player payment issues shows no signs of improving any time soon.
