Player's Complaint

Refused and Locked account due to breached t&c more than one person in household has an account. When opening account if email has already been used it does not allow you to open account. Why then does it not do the same when address has been used?? Only when I win this money fair and square the security department has found the breach. They knowingly opened the account to received deposits and only when large win was won they locked account.
