I deposited and won ¬£9000 playing slots at this casino with a bonus active. When I tried cashing out is when the trouble began. Eventually I received an email saying I had used an IP address that had already been used before. So I found out how to check my IP address and then a while after I checked again finding it had changed completely. It turns out I have an IP address that is changing very often so I find it really unlikely that this one has already been used. No one else in my household gambles other than a nephew of mine who sometimes plays poker but I find it very unlikely he would have logged into this casino and with the same IP address I had done because of it always changing. So I think the only answer is that Casumo has made a mistake. This is a huge sum of money for me and the whole situation has left me very upset and confused. I checked after I had played to make 100% sure I had not broken any rules (was surprised at how many rules there actually were and counted myself lucky not to have broken any at the time).Please help because I just have no idea what is going on.
