They finally did send the money but it was 20$ short, gave me no contact info for bankwire, but told me it was my responsibility to figure it out. Statement shows the bank is Barclay's but it's international call so would cost me 20$ just to call them....

The likelihood is that this is a transaction fee. Whether charged by their payment processor (not the casino themselves) or your own bank I couldn't comment, but this is something you should expect in future when playing with this group of casinos.

After a delay in sending funds Grand Fortune casino have paid this player less a $20 transaction fee. We consider this issue resolved.

I would like to submit a complaint about Grand Fortune Casino. I requested payout November 17th and was told it would take 7 to 10 business days for funds to be deposited. It's now December 27th and I still have not received my money. I've called numerous times only to be told the same thing over and over again "you will get your money this week"... Then was given a new excuse that there was a problem with their processor which I know from Reading other complaints they have said this throughout the years even though it's only $103 I still deserve to be paid out my username is [EDIT] and it's Grand Fortune Casino.
