I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO WITHDRAW $2000 IN WINNINGS SINCE 10/7. I HAVE SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS, ATTEMPTED TO CALL, HAVE BEEN IN LIVE CHAT 2 TIMES. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY AND NO RESPONSE TO MY EMAILS. TODAY I GOT THROUGH ON CHAT AND WAS TOLD TO CALL BACK OR CONTACT IN 48HOURS AS MONEY IS STILL BEING HELD. I WAS TOLD LAST WEEK 10 BUSINESS DAYS TO SEND THE MONEY FROM THE TIME I REQUESTED IT. PLEASE HELP ME GET MY MONEY.

Before we can do anything to help you I need you to provide me with the username and email address you use at Place of Chance. Once I have those I'll contact the operator and see what I can find out.

I'd also request that you refrain from using all capital letters - it's a little uncomfortable to read.

Hi bammyx5,

Unfortunately despite several promising communications our efforts to resolve issues with this group have ground to a halt. I no longer have any expectation of being able to move this issue forward.

As this group are unlicensed we can't direct you to any regulator to submit a complaint.

I'm sorry we couldn't be of more help and apologise for the length of time it's taken to reach this point, but wanted to ensure that all possibilities were explored before closing this complaint.
