Found for the Player - Despite repeated communications regarding this and other complaints, the Ruby Slots group has failed to cooperate with the management of this issue.

Player's Complaint

I requested a withdrawal on 10/21/2016. A week later the withdrawal request was denied and a note was made on that the check for the amount had been approved. There is no clarification from the casino if or when a payment will be sent. I only keep being told that the minimum the minimum time to send a check 10-15 days, not counting the processing time.

As with your complaint against Grand Fortune, we need your username and email address at Ruby Slots before we can help you and would advise that these payment processing times are fairly average for US facing operators.

Hi RunAround,

Unfortunately despite several promising communications our efforts to resolve issues with this group have ground to a halt. I no longer have any expectation of being able to move this issue forward.

As this group are unlicensed we can't direct you to any regulator to submit a complaint.

I'm sorry we couldn't be of more help and apologise for the length of time it's taken to reach this point, but wanted to ensure that all possibilities were explored before closing this complaint.
