I requested a withdraw on 11/25/2016 after I did a 20,000. Playthrough. I sent on the required documents and even opened a new account so the money could be wired. I have sent numerous emails and nobody has contacted me. I’ve chatted everyday with somebody and they all say the same thing . I’ve been very polite.but feel that after reading all the reviews I’m not going to get my winnings. I love the games at this casino and would love to continue to play if they are fair as I have been. I just wanted to get started on the complaint because I see a pattern here. Thank you
