Obviously these go straight to Blacklist status.

I am very curious what will be the reaction of UKGC to this. This is exactly why rules are getting tougher and tougher. Some brands simply do not act in the spirit of the rules.

In all likelihood we'll never know. While we have passed information to the UKGC, the regulator's policies prohibit them from giving any direct information to the information source regarding action taken. It's possible nothing will happen. It's possible that the UKGC will feel that this is low level enough that the license holder will simply be told to get it changed. Or perhaps a fine will be issued. In the last there's generally a press release about it, but again there wouldn't be information provided that would allow the fine to be tied back to this specific issue.

Firstly Tymoteusz and Valery - thanks for your interest, sorry for the delay and you've both been added to the list.

I've been a little lax in updating this thread as to the new reviews that have been published in the last few weeks. Let's remedy this now.

Progress Play - this platform has unfortunately added withdrawal caps on Progressive Jackpot wins and has such have been moved from Needs Work to Not Recommended (they also have a questionable dormancy term for UK players):

https://thepogg.com/casino-review/express-casino/
https://thepogg.com/casino-review/goldman-casino/
https://thepogg.com/casino-review/iwon-vegas-casino/
https://thepogg.com/casino-review/mail-casino/
https://thepogg.com/casino-review/mr-slot/
https://thepogg.com/casino-review/phone-vegas-casino/
https://thepogg.com/casino-review/royal-house-casino/
https://thepogg.com/casino-review/sin-spins-casino/
https://thepogg.com/casino-review/slots-mobile/

More of them to come over the next few weeks.

Broadway Gaming Group - uncooperative with complaints - Not Recommended:

Another couple from Alpha Interactive (associated with Game Tech Group) - straight to Blacklisted:

https://thepogg.com/casino-review/ridika/

And finally another from Equinox Dynamic (associated with Game Tech Group) - straight to Blacklisted:

Another few. Firstly Voodoo Dreams and NYSpins - both owned by SuprPlay Limited - seems reasonably good for the most part however due to an aggressive gagging clause in their affiliate contract we will not work with them:

You can find the Roy Richie review here - https://thepogg.com/casino-review/roy-richie/

Unfortunately there are quite a few issues that are going to prevent you obtaining +ve placement here.

Player terms:

- Firstly, your team advise that Progressive Jackpots will be paid in instalments. As these prizes are paid for by the network provider rather than the operator there's no reason to withhold them. As such this is an immediate Not Recommended status.

- There's contradictory information regarding your withdrawal policies - not a critical issue, but does impact the review score.

Affiliate terms:

- Gagging clause - we won't work with any operator that tries to write into their contract that they have the right to dictate what we publish about their brand AFTER the contract has been terminated. By all means restrict our use of your advertising material, but we will retain our free speech as long as what we're publishing is factually accurate. We do work with a few programs with similar 'non-commercial' terms, but each and every one has agreed in writing to waive the term where we're concerned.

- Interest on over-payments - you make a mistake and over pay us. You later catch this and we're expected to pay you 6% interest for your mistake? I'm afraid there's no way we'd agree to this type of term.

- Minimum Activity Quota - while we do work with a number of programs carrying these terms, they are prohibited from ever holding our top positions as they force a conflict of interest between doing the right thing and getting paid the full value of our historic referrals. They're bad for players as well as affiliates and as such we minimise our exposure to these terms.

If you can address the above we can take another look.

Next round of casinos reviews. Firstly another lot from the Progress Play license, so problematic progressive jackpot withdrawal and dormancy terms so straight to Not Recommended:

https://thepogg.com/casino-review/21-jackpots/
https://thepogg.com/casino-review/casino-big-apple/
https://thepogg.com/casino-review/casino-british/
https://thepogg.com/casino-review/fable-casino/
https://thepogg.com/casino-review/lord-slot-casino/
https://thepogg.com/casino-review/mako-casino/
https://thepogg.com/casino-review/raw-casino/
https://thepogg.com/casino-review/schmitts-casino/
https://thepogg.com/casino-review/spin-prive/
https://thepogg.com/casino-review/tiki-fortunes/

It should be noted that the new guidance issued by the Competition & Marketing Authority aligns with our own with regard to these problematic terms. The consequences of this are likely to a lot of under funded operators withdrawing from the UK market and these dormancy/withdrawal terms being removed in the near future. That being the case there is every chance that the Progress Play operators that do not close will be moved out of Not Recommended status in the near future.

Finally a casino owned by the PariPlay software provider, Breakout. Slow payments but otherwise all looks good so the standard 1 year at Needs Work before moving to Recommended if no problems arise:

Hello The Pogg,

I have worked with you in the past via Jackpot Factory Group before they were sold last year.

We would like to request a review of our brand and add a review please.

Thank you for your time.
