I've just closed 2 complaints against the Prime Gaming group both of which they've refused to discuss due to their Blacklist status here. You can read the reports below:

As an interesting side note, the communication we received from this group represented the group as if they WERE SkillOnNet. I feel it would be wise for players to consider all properties in this group to be owned by the SkillOnNet software provider, even if they're not running on SkillOnNet software.
