We have two other complaints recently published against this group that have uncovered a very worrying practice. They've started extending self exclusions to every property on their license. Ordinarily this would be a positive strategy, but in this case the group are making no effort to prevent self excluded players from registering with other brands on the license. This means that players who self exclude then sign-up at a different property within this group end up free rolled, where the operator refuse to return losses because they're "not responsible" for them and refuse to pay winnings. It's a disgusting practice that is actively exploiting the most vulnerable group of players:
