Please help, bookie halting to process withdrawals

Hi all,

seriously feel like im going out of my mind! i signed up to a bookies site and been using it for about a month, made some deposits all fine but now its come to withdrawals it seems they are stalling me.

They had requested documentation (which i understand and accept) including passport, utility bills and photos of debit card.

Now, i was using a debit card (first two deposits) which then got cancelled/replaced by barclays, the new card is still linked to the exact same bank account the original 2 deposits were made from. I since made additional deposits using the new card.

A few back and forths regarding documentation (each time they seemed to want something new) which i supplied.

I then had an email saying i was verified and they processed two small withdrawals, GREAT ! :)

Now, i have £3k i want to withdraw but they are asking for documentation (which i had already supplied) which is the exact same as before and they keep telling me they cant verify and are not able to process my withdrawals.

I literally have no idea what to do! i sent them bank statements showing my account number (which is displayed on both debit cards that i had sent photos to them of) and the statements show the original 2 debits (old card) and the new ones on the new card.

I have had phone calls, endless live chat, but i am getting nowhere, like i said i feel like im going out of my mind!

Any advice or help is much appreciated, what do i do

Thank you, I submitted more documents and bank statements yesterday that they specifically asked for (they have had everything they need and it’s all crystal clear) so I will give them till the end of the day and let you know.

This is actually causing me so much stress aswell as costing me valuable time :(

the bookie has come back to me today asking me to upload my bank statements which show the debit card number (last 4 digits) next to the transactions on the statement.

I bank with Barclays, barclays DO NOT put the debit card number anywhere on the statements, i've said this before but the bookie simply ignores it.

There was only two transactions and both are clear as day on the statement showing the bookie name, same figures that align with my deposits on their site.

But they keep ignoring and telling me it needs to show the last 4 digits of the card, which Barclays do not do!?

what do i do :(
