Harold Ramis - the first Ghostbuster casualty

Post by thePOGG »

I realise it's a couple of days after the fact now, but wanted to make a quick post to express my sadness at the passing of Harold Ramis. Ghostbusters and Groundhog Day are two of my all time favorite films. In fact, for my stag doo, we managed to get hold of a large screen for myself and a small group of friends to watch Ghostbusters on (lubricated with a healthy amount of alcohol to make us not feel quite so nerdy).

Harold was involved in the creation of some of the most icon films of his era and more than that, always came across as one of those people that was genuinely nice, someone you'd like to share a beer with and chat.
