Hi Tim,

Welcome to the boards and sorry for all the cuffuffle getting your account sorted. Looking forward to chatting with you more now that the boards are a bit more organized!

All the best,

Hi TP,

seems all ok now except for the fact that I can't reach my profile for some reason?

Profiles are disabled for new members because - as with signatures - we had stacks of non-genuine contributors signing up making 0, 1, 2 posts and dumping really spammy links in various fields in their profiles. Porno, pharma, gambling - junk essentially. We've even had people come on make some seemingly valuable posts, then coming back a few days later to edit there posts to include links. We are working to customise the message boards to give everyone a bit more of what they want, but that has had to take a back seat to some significant design investments on the main site. This will happen over the next wee while.

I get really sick of all this non-sense. We're more than happy for affiliates to get links, the only think we ask is that they confirm they don't work with Blacklisted programs. Once we confirm that we're actively happy to help other affiliates out. What we don't want is loads of weak posts for the sake of posts just to get links or profiles set up just to get a link. It takes a lot of time to get rid of that could be better invested elsewhere. Such is life on the internet though.

I hear you, so no problem there and actually I value the parties that have the blacklists because it helps me to do a proper quality check. Besides that I am active on a number of fora to keep track of what is going on in the online casino world. So I do hope that - as an affiliate - I am still welcome at this forum because by being part of the discussions I get a good insight on what is going on and what players want.

I am a player too and I have my own opinion on bonuses games etc, but it helps to hear what others think, like and dislike.

cheers and I'll continue to be one of the rookie question marks for now :)

Tim.
