Adrenaline Affiliates moved to Not Recommended status

Postby thePOGG » Mon Jul 11, 2016 1:49 pm

Adrenaline Affiliates have been moved to Not Recommended status due to the following player complaint - http://thepogg.com/complaint/casino-adr ... -huge-win/

The summary of the above is that the operator is non-responsive to the complaint and they have changed promotional terms AFTER a player win to justify non-payment.

I also noticed them spamming at GPWA-forum, which is usually not a good sign.

To be fair, Casino Adrenaline have been back in contact and have informed us that they've reversed their decision and returned the funds to the player's account. The player's been AWOL and as such I've been unable to confirm this. I'll be updating this complaint at the end of next week.

Our position on this is fairly straight forward - it's absolutely the right thing that this player has been paid, however I personally am very uncomfortable with a) it needing to go this far before the operator paid the player and b) the explanation that's been provided. As such while Casino Adrenaline will be removed from our Blacklist, we won't be sending players to them any time soon.

More details to follow next week.

An update on this issue - Casino Adrenaline have looked at the issue again and chosen to pay the player. They report that while their terms and conditions did include a restriction on the game the player was playing (SugarPop) there was a bug that prevented this restriction displaying on the English language version of the terms. As such the player wouldn't have been aware of the restriction. This bug appears to have been resolved 3-4 days after the player played.

As the player has been paid we're reverting Adrenaline Affiliate's status back to Needs Work.
