Request monitoring of terms

While we'll make every effort to update you on the standard terms and conditions at all the casinos we currently list, we won't always list the casino you play with or monitor the terms and conditions of the specific promotion you're playing.

It's really quick and simple for us to change that, so use this thread to let us know about the specific pages you'd like us to keep an eye on! Simply post the URL of the page below and we'll add them to the list (please change the http to hxxp so that the links do not actually become links - we don't like to link directly to casino pages).

Would be nice if you could add group name to thread subject here... sometimes one group change single word in their terms and there are 7 updates here = annoying. ;)

Lol - believe me it's far more annoying for me to have to post the same thing multiple times for different casinos in the same group. Casino Rewards are especially annoying.

I do it that way because I think players are more likely to know the name of the casino they're playing with than the name of the group that casino belongs to.

That said, if you feel adding the name of the group to the title of the thread (where appropriate) would help, I will do.

It will take some time before I can implement this - I'll do my best to piece it together when updating the terms and conditions at the various casinos, but given 12 pages of threads x 20 threads per page (240 threads) that's a big job and right now I'm tied up trying to add approximately 500-600 slots reviews where I have RTP information that's not currently listed. That's another big job and one that has to take priority right now.

Regarding using the monitoring service for complaints - I don't know if any other mediation services are looking in here to help them, but I can say that I've used it on several occasions now to establish exactly when terms were changed. In most cases this has actually helped the casino involved as where a player's claimed that terms weren't in place when they played, the monitor has shown that the term was added before the player played. That said in at least two cases now it has helped the player where terms have changed at approximately the same time as the player accepted a bonus.

If I subscribe to the forum, does that alert me via email for new posts, or only new threads?

I still plan in visiting the site, but it might be difficult to visit every day, and receiving an email that there has been a reply to an existing thread would be useful.

As far as I'm aware subscribing to the forum should alert you to any new posts made in that forum. If it doesn't, let me know and I'll play with the settings.

I'm also intending to start sending out important changes via Twitter/Facebook, though this will be done by group rather than individual casino.

Yes, works as planned.
