Hey marios101 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!
Don't worry about recommending StarGames - your recommendation seems genuine and while we wouldn't recommend them there's no problem with players sharing their own personal experiences. We'd only have a problem if the poster didn't come over as genuine and I don't get that impression from your post at all.
All the best,
TP

Re: Which casinos do you recommend?
Most casinos offer more or less the same games - Novomatic are a bit harder to source though. Therefore, for me it all comes to down to how transparent a casino are, can i trust them not to utilise some vague bonus terms to withhold monies and the withdrawal times.
For me it's
Videoslots (i like the battle, customer service is great)
Cashmio - only grip is withdrawal fees
Chance Hill
Vera and John
Betsafe - probably one of the fastest pay outs
I tend to stay away with anywhere that has pending periods greater than 24 hours

Re: Which casinos do you recommend?
I tend to stay singular when playing online and play with a favoured casino until I get that 'gut feeling' that my 'luck' or chances of winning feel less, then I move on.
That being said, a couple regulars I frequent over time are:
BetSafe - as already said, very fast payouts, which makes you feel a lot better when playing online. My only qualm is the 35x wagering requirements, but that's purely a reflection of the industry and not the casino itself. Overall, It's easy to use, and their live casino games are pretty authentic.
Another is Play OJO - they're fairly new actually, and initially, I was sceptical, what with the 'no wagering requirements' and 'money back on every bet' - you can imagine why I may have been dubious. That being said, I can't complain, the above is true (in my experience) and they have a solid selection of highly rated games.

Hi Sammy,
Netbet aren't on our Recommended list. They are in the Needs Work section. Unfortunately they stacked up a very significant number of complaints and while these were ultimately resolved the sheer volume of them made us rather uncomfortable. If they maintain a positive reputation for another 12 months they will be restored to Recommended status.
Thanks,
ThePOGG

This is one of the Bodog associated brands. About the most trustworthy of the operators engaging the black markets (aka USA), but I wouldn't recommend them for anyone residing in a properly regulated market.

Hi jardenblack26,
Interesting that you raise Betsafe - they've been one of those operations that I've liked but we couldn't do anything with for years because of a refusal to discuss complaints. In the last few months we seem to have established a strong dialogue with the entire Betsson group and I'm hoping that in the next couple of weeks we'll see all historic complaint issue address and these operator shift to Recommended status.
I can't be so positive about PlayOJO - they're a Blacklisted brand. Doubly. In the first instance they run on SkillOnNet software which we caught running non-random games a few years ago and secondly, we've far more recently found the SkillOnNet clients running a self-exclusion tool that appears specifically intended to manipulate users into excluding for the shortest possible time. That any SoN operator is still attractive to players something that leaves me at a loss.

I play only video slots at misterbet. They have a good bonus system and you can play for free as well. I'm pretty satisfied
