Self-excluded form a site because of gambling problems. This was in 2013. I got the chance to open the account again, same year.
After that i could open and Close the account again several times. Played there last time in 2017.
In 2013 when i opened the account after self-exclusion with gambling problems i had to confirm that "i didnt have a problem any more" and that the casino was not going to have to refund if i lost Money.
Is that ok - or do the casino still have to refund me for my losses since i could open my account?

Re: Question about sel-exclusion
Is it really ok for a casino that have licens from MGA to open an account thats closed with gambling problem as reason? Feels so wrong and what you read at different forums casinos has to refund when opening these kind of closed accounts..
Re: Question about sel-exclusion
Hi pella4444,
We don't manage complaints on the forum. Please keep your complaint related questions to your complaint thread.
As I've explained, the MGA allows self-excluded accounts to be re-opened. The UKGC does too. In each case the account has to meet specific conditions before the operator are allowed to re-open the account. In the case of the MGA that is a 7 day cooling-off period.
Thanks,
ThePOGG
