Abusive Facebook posts and ViggoSlots Casino

Postby thePOGG » Thu Mar 15, 2018 7:22 pm

After this post was made it came to our attention that the person who sent the abusive message was an employee of ViggoSlots. While ViggoSlots share a platform with Sugar casino, we cannot confirm any further connection between this individual and Sugar casino.

Earlier today we received the following post on ThePOGG.com's Facebook page from a respectable young chap named Jasmin Durgutovic:

We've actually since deleted this post, but the above is the automated email alert Facebook sent out to us. As you can see from the above this person is both abusive in their language and rather excised about something, though they didn't say exactly what their issue was other than to throw general criticisms about our site's quality of work.

Having looked this gent up they have a rather bare online profile but they do seem to be very fond of Sugar Casino having 'liked' a very large number of posts on the Sugar Casino Facebook page. We counted 11 times in total just this year (more than this when you go into the longer lists you have to mouse over to see):

For those who don't know, Sugar Casino are owned by Gammix STS BV. However they have very close ties to the Danguad Limited group as can be seen here:

Every single operator in the above image other than Sugar Casino list their ownership as Danguad Limited. Danguad Limited who were moved to Blacklist status last week.....

Now we certainly do not have enough evidence to demonstrate with anything approaching certainty that Mr Durgutovic is in any way associated with these operators - in fact it would be frankly alarming to learn that they were and felt it appropriate to send this type of communication in a professional context - but we will suggest that if he's that unhappy with the service we provide that he looks elsewhere for his casino recommendations.

It appears that Mr Durgutovic has a friend who is equally unhappy about the quality of work we do and has taken to Facebook to warn the world! So here we have some contributions from Denis Dencho:

The first thing Mr Dencho does is to tag up a Mr Jaroslav Mazanek:

If we look up Mr Mazanek we find his LinkedIn profile where he is listed as the General Manager of Netagame:

We can now say with confidence that whatever Mr Dencho is trying to achieve with his critical posts of this service, he's doing so as a response to the Netagame properties being Blacklisted last week. He also appears to know management level employees at Netagame. So while Mr Dencho only makes a generic comment about us being "fake" and "blacklisted" without providing any information on why he feels this way on Gaffg's Facebook page, we can say with a high level of certainty that he's unhappy about the Netagame Blacklisting and that there's a reasonable chance that Denis is in some way professionally associated with Netagame or one of the white labels that were Blacklisted:

And sadly this isn't where the story ends. Mr Dencho appears to be good friends with Mr Durgutovic as we can see them out to dinner together here:

It's also interesting to note that on his Facebook profile Mr Durgutovic claims to be "Chefstjänst at bet365" which translates to 'Head of Service at Bet365'. Does anyone here really believe the the Head of Service at Bet365 would send the profane message that Jasmin thought was appropriate to send us?

Here would be my personal conjectures about the above - I think it's likely that Jasmin and Denis both work for/own one of the white label operators running on the Netagame platform. And they both seem rather interested in ViggoSlots:

The type of activities being engaged in above are both childish and unprofessional. They don't present the brands involved as well run or credible. It certainly doesn't suggest that we made any type of mistake in Blacklisting this group. I would strongly suggest that any organisation that's associated with these two may want to consider taking action to reign them in as their actions are starting to reflect poorly on your brands.
