We've just had to close a complaint after being informed by the ExclusiveBet rep that they were not prepared to provide any evidence to support the actions they had taken. Details below:

Another one for ExclusiveBet. This time they've decided they don't want a player any more. That's fine and they're within their rights to do that. What isn't okay is voiding winning bets that were concluded prior to them taking the decision to close the account, but that's exactly what they've done. This is a classic 'spirit of the bonus' type confiscation that I thought we were long past by this stage:
