Unfortunately Progress Play have informed us that they are no longer willing to share supporting evidence when managing player complaints against their clients. This is a shame as despite issues with their terms that have prevented their clients holding positive statuses they have consistently been willing to engage when it came to complaints. We assume that this is related to the recently implemented GDPR legislation. While this does tighten up how data should be shared, it doesn't create a barrier that cannot be overcome and this is demonstrated by all the operators that are continuing to cooperate. The impacted complaints are found below:
