Aramon’s 2015/16 NFL Picks: Week 12 (Sunday)

Posted by THEPOGG in Blog.

NFL

A very big win for us Thursday with a max bet on Carolina! One of those games that just go as expected start to finish, a perfect win. And with that win we are back in the black and doing well.Today we continue on with again just one pick, but very good one. All we need is the cream of the crop every week and we have 2 beauties this week. one already paid out on Thursday, and this one should pay out nicely today.

Thursday’s results : +5.0 units
Total to date : +2.2 units

This is that same old tale of teams coming into this game going in two totally different directions. The once powerful and potent Saints have become a shell of themselves. Sure Saints QB Drew Brees has put up some impressive numbers even tossing 7 TD’s in one game against the Giants. But the problem is they barely won that game despite Brees throwing for a record number of touchdowns. The Saints defense is awful and puts huge pressure on the New Orleans offense to try to match teams score for score. Against Houston that just will not work. The Texans defense is ferocious and is led by arguably the best defensive player in the league in J.J. Watt. Look for him and this Texan defense to give Drew Brees fits and force him into mistakes. Th Texan offense will not have too score much to win this game, but against this horrific Saints defense I expect Houston to put up some significant points while their defense shuts down Brees and company. This is a game where I believe Houston takes a significant step towards the playoffs, while the Saints take a big step backwards as their season is lost. Big changes will be coming in New Orleans, but not today as the Texans should beat up on them and steamroll to a comfortable win.
