We are now 25% through the season and things are going as close to as planned as could be expected. We are at a 60% win percentage and already have started adding cash to the bankroll…a damn good way to start the season I say! We look to continue on our roll this week with a modest wager on tonight’s game. This upcoming week could really see us skyrocket into some very positive territory, and it starts with tonight.

Result: Green Bay Packers 42 : 10 Minnesota Vikings
Well Green Bay looked this past week to shake off all that has been ailing them this season and finally produced a very strong game against a very capable Bears team. In scoring 38 points in that game Packers QB Aaron Rodgers looked as good as ever and had complete control of his very dominating offense. However, the Packers defense still seems not to have the ability to clamp down on their opponents. Even in a very impressive win against Chicago the Packer defense still gave up over 500 yards of offense. This bodes well for a Minnesota team that has performed surprisingly well without star RB Adrian Peterson. The Vikings racked up a very impressive 558 yards in their upset win over Atlanta last week. With the Packers and Falcons being very similar in all aspects of team strengths and weaknesses, this looks to be a very good spot for Minnesota to rack up some more yards….and more importantly points. Minnesota’s rookie QB Teddy Bridgwater looked fantastic last week and although injured at the end of the game, still may play this week. Even i its Christian Ponder that is QB for the Vikings I think the familiarity betwen thee 2 division rivals always lends to a spirited contest. With rain expected for the game that should also give both offenses an edge against defenses already not known to be that stout. I like this game to definitely be full of yards and scoring.
