This blacklisting covers Plum Gaming and all properties associated with it.
Plum Gaming were involved in many cases of seizure of funds due to claims of bonus abuse and 'bot' use. Any player who played Video Poker with a bonus was likely to experience problems, with delays in payments, customer services becoming unresponsive and in some extreme cases failed to pay players altogether. Shortly after this series of events Plum Gaming closed down.
Late in 2011 a group claiming to represent Plum Gaming resurfaced and started contacting players who had previously not been paid, offering to settle the balance as they were looking to relaunch the operation under new management. Some player claim to have been paid by this group, but since that point they have once again disappeared.
We cannot confirm whether all balances were ultimately settled, but we can confirm that currently plumgaming.com redirects to the 888 casino website - suggesting that they are currently acting as an affiliate for them and that another very similarly named site plumgamingcasino.com currently has a portal site that redirects to various AffActive properties - another group on our Blacklist.
Before this casino could re-open they would have to make a big effort to pay all the previously seized balances.
