Discussion

This warning covers every casino using Start-Your-Casino/IXent software. We’ve listed all known casinos at the bottom of this page.

This software group – when it was operational – stated openly on their website that not only could their software manipulate the return to play figures for games – deviating the odds of any outcome away from those that would be naturally occurring with the represented device – but this could be done on a table by table basis – allowing the casino to target specific players – and detailed that the software could also be set to automatically compensate for any player win – i.e. limit the maximum that any player can win to below the natural maximum that the game advertises and artificially cause a winning player to lose as long as they continue to play.

Simply put – cheating doesn’t get more blatant than this.

These sort of practices are contradictory to the licensing agreements that almost all regulatory authorities require, so any casino found using this software group would have to be either unlicensed or licensed in a jurisdiction like Costa Rica that is a regulator in name only.

While this platform seems to have been defunct for some years now, we can confirm that domain name has been renewed recently under the same ownership it has had for the last 10 years and is not due to expire until 2014
