The Live Casino partners group have been involved in multiple instances of confiscation of player winnings due to vague accusations of "bonus abuse" despite the players in question having violated no specific terms.

Alongside this we are aware of a case where the casino confiscated winnings derived from non-bonus play due to use of a betting system - no betting system by itself is ever enough to gain an edge over the house and as such there's no legitimate reason to confiscate funds - and another issue where the casino accused the player of cheating while playing their RNG Baccarat game which is not possible as long as their game functions correctly.
