At The Races are one of the Cashcade group of casinos, who have recently been taken over by the BWin/Party group who also own the iGlobal Media group. All in all BWin/Party run nearly 20 casinos and none of these venues will discuss player issues with mediators. As such we’d strongly suggest avoiding all their casinos.
All six of the reviewers who work regularly for this site hold accounts with Bwin/Party group and report no problems.
On at least four occasions we are aware of Bwin have failed to engage with 3rd party mediation services ( for the same reason.
They also have a poor reputation amongst affiliates and are listed as Rogue at Affiliate Guard Dog.
