One of the leading online gaming services, Bet 365 has over 4 million customers worldwide and employs over 1000 staff. Operated and regulated in Gibraltar, this company has built their reputation on their fantastic front-line customer service. This has been recognised when they won the prestigious 2010 ‘Operator of the Year’ award from eGaming Review Magazine.
All six of the reviewers who work regularly for this site have held accounts with Bet365 for many years. The few issues that have ever arisen have been dealt with in a very swift and friendly fashion and in at least one instances, Bet365 approached one of our reviewers to report finding a four figure withdrawal that had not been paid correctly that the reviewer had failed to miss.
Bet365 have continued to offer games provided by GTECH after this group were found to be providing card games that did not conform to the natural probabilities that real cards would generate. As such they've been added to our Blacklist.
Bet365 are listed as Predatory at Affiliate Guard Dog for changing their terms and conditions and retroactively enforcing them.
Bet365 have been non-responsive to several player complaints at other portals.
