BlueLions-Casino are operated by Wog Network N.V. There is another Blue Lions venue which is licensed in the Isle of Man by the Gambling Supervision Commission which operates a very different system - this review is for the venue licensed by Curacao eGaming. To read the review for the Curacao licensed operator please see here. The Blue Lions venue licensed in Curacao provides a small number of games from Merkur and Bally Wulf. Their site features a black, grey, blue, gold and white colour scheme - their logo features 2 blue lions surrounded by a jagged golden sunburst.

BlueLions-Casino have been non-responsive to player complaints posted at this site and appear to have technical issues with their games that have cost a player money.

After failing to respond to our repeated efforts to communicate with the operator about a player issue, when confronted with their failure to respond on another site the operator chose to make disparaging comments about this service rather than make any attempt to address the issue. When we contacted the operator directly about these comments we were told not to 'take it personally'. When we insisted that the operator make a public apology for their unprofessional behaviour and disparaging comments they ceased communication.

BlueLions-Casino does not hold a UKGC license and therefore we cannot send a reviewer to test their site.

BlueLions-Casino Casino's Terms and Conditions have a maximum withdrawal clause of 100,000€ - withdrawals in excess of this will be paid out in equal monthly instalments over 10 months but they do not state that they make exceptions to this for Progressive Jackpots which are not paid out by the casino but by the software provider - we consider it predatory.

Vague/awkward Terms and Conditions (-1) - There is confusion over whether or not the casino charges during the withdrawal stage because the Terms and Conditions and F.A.Q.s sections give contradictory information. The T&Cs state that fees may be charged whereas the F.A.Q.s state that fees are never charged. Such inaccuracies do not fill customers with confidence that this operator is secure.
