Fastlane are one of several casinos that make up the Playbay group.

Due to the Not Recommended status of the PlayBay group we did not feel comfortable asking a review to test their services.

We first encountered the PlayBay group during a player complaint where they refused to pay a player's winnings as they'd signed up at two different venues in this group. While their terms do prohibit playing at multiple casinos under the same license, they do not offer any guidance as to which casinos they own. As such they are unethically vague and an invalid reason to deny payment. The PlayBay group have informed us that they will be making changes to their terms and conditions to clarify which casinos are affected, but still refused to pay the player.

The PlayBay group of casinos also carry a term that restricts the maximum amount that a player can win in a day in their Sports Book to €25000. This sort of rule creates a potential 'no-win' situation for player and should be enforced via wager limitations and not terms and conditions.
