Laromere casino offer a stand alone Microgaming casino and came to our attention due to several player complaints submitted to the site. Unfortunately Laromere support became quite hostile when we asked them to engage in discussion of these player issues.
Due to Laromere casino's stance against cooperating with dispute mediation, we felt it was inappropriate to ask a reviewer to deposit funds with them.
Laromere casino's unfortunate attitude of 'no way no how' when asked to communicate with us regarding player complaints was initially justified as a legal necessity. When we pointed out that the Data Protection Act did not in fact restrict them from discussing player details as long as the account holder furnishes the casino with permission to discuss their details, it then became their prerogative to choose not to engage with 'self-appointed watchdogs'.
Not only is their stance on dealing with player complaints not player friendly, their handling of the first of the two issues was hostile and the second issue they failed to respond to at all. It's highly disappointing that they chose to take this attitude.
Since that point Laromere have been unresponsive to further complaints.
