TopBet Casino was established in 2015 and runs on Betsoft software whilst also offering some Beast Gaming and Ace Gaming games - their games list is rather narrow. They are sister casino to Golden Spins but they offer a Sportsbook which Golden Spins do not - currently they are licensed in Curacao. Their web design uses a palette of black, yellow and white - the background is textured and grey-scale fading to flat black at the outer edges. They have no outstanding complaints at any of the major gambling portals.

(-2)Top Bet Casino include a dormancy clause that we find to be of a predatory nature and as such have been listed as Not Recommended. The casino states as item 21 of its Terms and Conditions: "A "Dormant Account" is defined as an Account that has not made a deposit, a withdrawal, or placed a bet/wager for a period of eighteen (18) months. At eighteen months of inactivity, we will provide an email notice to the email address registered to the dormant account, advising that the Account balance will be forfeited thirty (30) days from the notice. If the Account remains dormant following this notice, a second "FINAL" email notice will be forwarded at 545 days, again advising of the pending forfeiture of Account balance. If the Account remains dormant, at 548 days of inactivity, the Account balances are zeroed out." The administration of a small monthly maintenance fee is perfectly acceptable but the confiscation of funds by the casino is in no way acceptable - instead balances should be transferred to the regulator for holding or donated to a clearly appointed charity.
