A complaint submitted to this service saw the operator cite a term stipulating that if a deposit was uncollected from the player's bank account at time of deposit but rectified later, the maximum the player would be allowed to withdraw from that deposit would be 2x deposit. Ordinarily this would not be problematic, but the win was generated by a deposit that was collected without issue. The operator were looking to apply the term based on a previous uncollected deposit. The term simply was not worded in a manner that would facilitate this type of use and as such this non-payment was entirely without justification.
