Wallace Bet are unresponsive to complaints brought against them by customers of our dispute service at ThePOGG resulting in Blacklisted status.

Wallace Bet are the sister property of Campeon Bet, Svenbet and Evobet.

Evobet has actively constructed their registration form to encourage sign-ups from jurisdictions that they prohibit within their terms and conditions. We consider this to be entrapment, with the operator allowing play from restricted jurisdictions, refusing to pay wins but retaining losses. Further more, in one complaint case we have seen it came to light that the terms and conditions were not available to mobile users, giving the complainant no possibility of knowing that they were prohibited from signing-up, and yet the operator still refused to pay wins.

Svenbet have refused to pay winnings due to accusations of multi-accounting that, when we reviewed the supporting evidence, appeared to be unfounded.

"6.2 Wallacebet holds the right to charge or close the inactive accounts if: a) No transactions have been recorded on a Wallacebet Account for a period of 6 consecutive months; (A dormant account is an account that has not been accessed for 6 months, that has a real money balance. Once your account becomes dormant, if we have been unable to contact you, the Company has the right to close your account and b) Wallacebet has made reasonable efforts to contact the Account Holder of the Inactive Account but the Account Holder could not be satisfactorily located or the required payment instructions were not available."(27/12/20) It is unclear what happens to the funds in a dormant/inactive account if a player cannot be contacted.

"62.8 If the User has requested a withdrawal in the amount of 1,000€ or more (or the equivalent in another currency at the interbank rate), Wallacebet pays a commission on the transfer and subsequent operations of withdrawals in the given calendar month. Otherwise, the commission is paid to the bank by the User. Maximum withdrawalable amount over a 24-hour period is 1,000€ (or the equivalent in another currency at the interbank rate) subject to its payment provider's specific limits. For winnings over 10,000€, the payments will be done in equal monthly instalments." (27/12/20) This is contradicted by the Term below. This is not player friendly - they cannot be sure what the actual withdrawal limits are.

"63.3. The maximum withdrawable amount per account is limited to 7000€/month (or currency equivalent), unless otherwise specified in the Terms & Conditions of a specific promotion. Exceptions may be made to players with a higher VIP level, if any, at the Casino’s sole discretion. If a customer wins more than €30,000, the Casino reserves the right to divide the payout into monthly instalments until the full amount is paid out. If the amount to be withdrawn is larger than €7.000 , the remaining amounts will be placed back in the player’s account, to be withdrawn in the following month. Withdrawals (payouts) exceeding more than €2.300 will require additional verification procedures; proof of identity, age and place of residency. "The Company" reserves the right to carry such verification procedures in case of lower payouts.
