12bet - Self Exclusion via Sister sites

Player's Complaint

Again, been going through old emails to find operators who have gone against Self Exclusions.

I recently found out that I permanetly Self excluded from 12bet, over the next few months I was left to register with numerous sites on there licence. I have been a problem Gambler for a long time now and I am in process of getting help for this.

I do not think it is fair for them to get away with this, so I am asking for a full refund. I have recieved a SAR for all accounts which show all details, self exclusions etc accross there licence.

They are saying there was a box to tick to Self Exclude from all sister sites, I asked for proof but they ate unwilling to give this. Instead they sent me a diagram of a totally different sites exclusion process, but cannot provide me proof of 12bets proof.

I have all emails, the SAR for all accounts and also the first Email which made me aware of the multi sister site exclusion which I recieved 6/9 months after the date of the exclusion in question. And the diagram i recieved was for the site i recieved the email from, so it comes to my attention they only started the “tick box method” at the later date. I can assure there was not any function on the 12bet site. Also the email recieved from 12bet did not mention anything.

The only time I was made aware was 6/9 months later when i self excluded from a certain sister site.

While 12Bet did offer a response to this issue all they have said is that they do not believe your claim to be valid and have now stopped responding to our requests for further information.

All I can do at this stage is direct you to 12Bet's ADR IBAS.

Ok. Thank you for your help. I contacted them again also and asked them for the proof they say was on the 12bet site. Which still to this day, they do not give.
