Player's Complaint

I deposited around €300 over 2 days. They are quick to give you bonus money. I received €160 bonus. You are limited to only a few games whilst in bonus funds. I was playing for a few hours, I was buying bonuses at different values and got my balance up to just under a grand. I carried on playing lost a bit then thought I would see if I could withdraw. I could but it said it would take the 160 of me as it was bonus. I withdrew €320. Took 5 day to get verified. Then today received email stating withdrawal denied contact support. Contacted support to be told if broke the rules and the balance had been confiscated, even though they left €40 in balance. I don’t understand what rules I’ve broken nobody gives you a proper answer 1 guy called [EDIT] just cut me off without any explanation. They took my money I want mine back

As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. 14Red do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.

Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the

Can you tell me the size of your last deposit what bonus you received and the size of your largest bet (including bonus buys)?

Hi last deposit was €40. Then after that had gone €160 was on my balance. I can’t remember my largest bet maybe about €200. I’m unable to view transaction history just tells me none to display

I emailed them and they told me to go to fraud department on my card.

Unfortunately if those figures are even close to accurate I'm afraid that you would have violated the following bonus term:

"14Red reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings and Bonuses for irregular play. "Irregular play" may include, inter alia:

Players betting the equivalent sum of 20% or more of their deposit in play using the Deposit Bonus in a single bet, with objective to increase significantly their bankroll will be flagged as bonus abuser and high-risk players. Such bets are not allowed and will be deemed a violation of the Deposit Bonus terms and conditions."

If that's the case the operator would be within their rights to consider the bonus contract void and reset both parties to pre-contract positions.
