Player's Complaint
I been playing at 18Bet sportsbook for about 6 six months. I have both deposit and withdraw successfully before.
I recieved this email the other day:
Dear [EDIT],
We are reaching you to inform you that our Anti-Fraud Department detected that your IP address is already in use by another account.
You may refer to the "Duplicated accounts policy" section in our Terms & Conditions:
In accordance to our policy your account has been closed and your account balance has been redeemed.

I wrote back saying that it must be some kind of mistake. I do not have multiple accounts and asked them about what IP the are reffering to and when someone has started another account using the same IP. I have not got any answer. Can you help me talk some sense in to them?

Unfortunately we had a system error over the weekend and some of the information you submitted with your complaint has been lost. I need you to provide the following:
1. Your full name
2. The email address you registered at the casino
3. The username you registered at the casino.
4. Your country of residence
Once we have this information we will look into your issue for you.
I do also need to be clear with you that if indeed your account has shared an IP address with another account this is a clear breach of terms and there would be nothing we could do to help you.
