I been playing at 18Bet sportsbook for about 6 six months. I have both deposit and withdraw successfully before.
I recieved this email the other day:
We are reaching you to inform you that our Anti-Fraud Department detected that your IP address is already in use by another account.
You may refer to the "Duplicated accounts policy" section in our Terms & Conditions:
In accordance to our policy your account has been closed and your account balance has been redeemed.
I wrote back saying that it must be some kind of mistake. I do not have multiple accounts and asked them about what IP the are reffering to and when someone has started another account using the same IP. I have not got any answer. Can you help me talk some sense in to them?
