Player's Complaint

Respected, I am writing this to you in the hope that you can help me and solve my problem with online betting 18bet.My name and surname is [EDIT] address [EDIT],Mail address [EDIT].I opened my first betting account 18bet as early as 08/07/2019 I placed my first deposit of 100 euros, verified the account by sending all the required documents (passport, id card, driver's license). As of 05/10/2019 when my account closed for no reason by 18bet management I placed over 1000 euro deposit, played over 1000 bets (all single bets) generated income of about 3000-3500 euro (exactly unclear due to closed account and many open bets set) I had one Withdrawal of 22/09/2019 in the amount of 500 euros and everything went on the best. Later on October 2, 2019, I made a new order for withdrawal of 2000 euros, and that's where the problems begin. 18bet ask me to resubmit my documents for verification, and when I do, they close my account with the message:

First and foremost, I strongly object to false insinuations and accusations, and I say: my IP address is not used by anyone other it is not public, I do not share,and it in a protected 16-digit encrypted code. The account is registered in my personal name with the correct name and all the other correct information. The only problem may be the first letter of the name because it is written in my Latin script [EDIT], the English script says [EDIT], or the Serbian Cyrillic script says [EDIT]. I also opened my account myself, and I do not have any duplicate account as 18bet says. The only possibility that there is a duplicate account is that it is in my name with a different mail address (eg. [EDIT]) account opened by another person who works in conjunction with 18bet in order to compromise the original account and the original account holder. There should also be an 18bet program set up to allow you to enter the same name, first name, address, Mobile phone number. I have been betting online for over 5 years, it has become a hobby and fun for me, or I have had an account with over 20 online bookmakers of leading reputable companies (bet365, betfair, sbobet, pinnacles sports, paddy power,unibet,William hill) but this unpleasantness and injustice never happened to me.
